Transtar makes a lot of specialty auto body products and they have the 2 products you need and most paint supply stores carry these. Plasto-mend will repair your urethane bumper damage and with some practice works very well. Download the data sheet from the web site for instructions and prep work and use their cleaner. Also they have a water based primer, Hydroflex Waterborne Primer that works very well on urethane bumpers. It can be wet or block sanded and fills well but let it set 24 hours before sanding and recoating even though the instructions state otherwise.
I have found all of their products to be of good quality and much cheaper than the big brands.

Be sure to use flex primer (i.e. primer suitable for urethane) (all this 2 part stuff puts off alot of nasty vapors DO NOT SPRAY IN YOUR basement, the voice of experience.) Go to a local auto paint supply shop. If they are not interested in helping you get the right stuff, go somewhere else. Stick with same manufacturers products. Piece of cake to fix.
Good luck, let us know if you need more help
