You should be able to hear a bad bearing. Get the rears off the ground and spin each tire in turn. Wobble test will also work.

Mine have no wobble but make a metal on metal squeel when they get to a certain sport.

Jack up the rear, grab the wheel at the 12 & 6 o'clock position. If there is excess movement, the bearings are probably shot....mine were. The noise was intermittent, but when I turned around(i.e. u-turn), man! It felt like the wheel was coming off.
If not that, check the half shaft joints for movement.
If you just rebuilt the e-brake hardware, something might be loose, or a spring make be flopping around in there.
Good Luck!

(My husband's (NitrousDean) comment: Sounds like the clutch plates in the posi aren't releasing... which is good for taking off; both wheels will bite in the asphalt. If you put the limited slip additive in, it should take a lot of the noise away but ocassionaly you might have one wheel hook up well and the other not as well... so maybe try 1/2 a bottle at first.

Never hurts to pay for expertise!! Posi clutches are a heckuva lot cheaper than rear bearing replacement.
