Default Brakes

I just finished replacing the rear brakes [rotors, calipers.and parking brake] not a job that I ever want to do again. Now as I'm bleeding the rear calipers...the front springs a leak. I know that I should have replaced all 4 at the same time.I thought I would go the cheap way and just do the rears. Looks like I'm going on to the fronts now. Any pit falls here?Going with new rotors+calipers+ hoses. I know that I have to replace the copper washers.Ant thing else that I should be aware of? Once the calipers come off, dose the rotor just slide off? Or do I have to get into the wheel bearings? Any advice would sure be welcome. Thanks for any help or advice in advance..RDRMAN

If you did the rears, you'll have NO trouble with the front. They are almost identical except don't have all the PB stuff. The rotors will pull off the hub IF the original rivets were already drilled out.

You definately should do the fronts. Nothing out of the ordinary here, and sounds like you are replacing everything. You won't have to tackle the nasty emergency brakes up front, so you've done the hardest part already. Inspect your spindles and bearings and clean/re-grease everything as with any brake job. Typically front pads will wear much faster than rears as more braking comes from the front brakes, so not a real surprise it's needed if your rears were bad.

Good luck
