Frame Off Restoration
I posted this request in the wrong forum and will try again here. I will take possession of a 1972 Coupe this week that is a frame off. It has been built back with epoxy base coat and black paint. The frame now has a rebuilt engine (correct cast only), transmission, suspension, and a wee more. I see that there is no shortage of restoration guides but when I see one author telling you how to restore many differing vehicles, I lose confidence that I can choose the right one. I am looking for a comprehensive restoration guide and am seeking your opinion. Many thanks.

What extent of restoration are you looking for?
This forum has enough knowledge contained within its members to get you on the road.

This car has been completely dissassembled and the frame has been restored with epoxy primer and a top coat. The engine is rebuilt as well as the trasnmission. All new suspension. All have been mounted back on to the frame. The body is off and must be restored. The birdcage is fair and I believe can be restored. There is a new front clip. I have all of the old parts and I am sure will be buying more. The chrome has been redone. I don't know how to post a picture but will try. I do not have a URL link for the image.
