Could you give more detail?
1) Will the wiper door open when you switch the wipers on with the engine running?
2) If it does open but the wipers do not move, check to be sure you have not
accidently turned the **** under the steering column. This will not only stop the
blades on the windshield but will prevent them from moving from the 'rest" position
if the **** is switched by mistake.
3) If the door still does not open with the switch in either position then your problem
is more than likely a vacuum issue which can be simple or quite involved.
I am too far away to be able to help but if you haven't checked the
above you may want to do this first.
Also check the fuse. If nothing happens at all that might be the problem. With the engine running pull down the right **** under the steering col. If the wiper door opens then it's the fuse or switch that's possibly the problem. Also check that the plug at the wiper motor is connected, and that you have current to it.
