Won todays Corvette Challenge..





I think in the heat you're probably pretty close with your combo. My '94 LT-1/6 speed ran 13.20's@105+ in Houston drop dead heat in pure stock trim...probably around 130K on it at the time. Those LT-1 are neat motors! I think I got a 2.03 60' out of it on Gatorbacks. Hard on a clutch though!

With automatic, you can't really do anything to make the car run faster.. With stick shift, the right driver can make a huge difference.. With automatics, everyone runs the same ET's with the same car. Well, drivers weight will make a few hundreds difference...
You are a experienced stick shift racer and you can run significantly faster ET's with stick shift cars than the average racer.
