In Dash Speakers
I just put a new Alpine head unit in my '78, and I had bought a set of Infinity 4x6 speakers to replace the old stock dash speakers. Then when attempting to put them in, I realized that they are too deep to fit in the stock location.
I know good quality 4x6 speakers are few and far between, but does anyone know of a good one that will fit in the stock dash speaker location without any modifications?

I'll have to take a look at those. Do they have the main coil in the center or on the side? I think that was part of my problem with the Infinitys, the coil is on the side and caused clearance issues.
Good idea, I think I will take an old speaker to circuit city and compare them side by side.
