Loved the movie and the cars but some of the most blatant product placement I've ever seen...especially when you consider that Bumblebee from the original comic books / cartoons/ Hasbro toys is a GD Volkswagen Beetle! And Jazz (the Solstice that got torn in half by Megatron) is originally a Porsche 935. Artistic license I suppose...

I thought it was ironic how the VW bug was next to Bumble bee in the beginning of the movie and Bumble bee threw its door in to it haha.
They had the porsche and bug references in it, but ya GM had some serious advertising in there. Oh well, GM needs all the good publicity they can get.
