Ming Protective Coat, Touch Up?
I'm thinking about buying a 76 Corvette I previously owned. It's a nice car but was given a Ming protective coating in the 70s or maybe early 80s. (if not familiar, it is a clear hard shell coating). It has a few scratches and one small light paint scrape on the lower rear side (6X8 inches). Is there anyway to repair the scratches and do touch up work and fix the scrape. You can't rub through this stuff and the finish would be different if just sanded and painted. Anybody know? Thanks.
