Ok, lets find where I said the motor was a warranty replacement short block? I never said that, YOU did! I said the CE short blocks were used as replacements but never mentioned or inferred anything about warranty! I only posted here because you guys are way more aware of the C3 350 motors so I posted what I thought and what I have found out over a period of time. Still trying to pinpoint as much as I can without tearing down the motor. It runs way too strong to mess with! So I am agreeing with one of the helpful guys here that it probably is the 350/350 or close to it. For those who provided positive help, thanks. 
BTW, I know what year my car is and also that no way it would have been under any kind of warranty, so why would you even bring something like that up?
