Default Seat track removal

Hello. Another probably simple question, but here goes: how do you remove the seat tracks from the seat frame? With the seats out I can remove the front bolt, but the track covers the rear one. They need to be cleaned/greased badly, so I want to remove them from the frame. Any help is greatly appreciated! I have. It stops before the rear bolt can be reached.

If memory serves me right, you'll have to pull the stop lever out and it will continue to slide. Remove all the springs too that will help

After removing the front track bolts, sit in the seat, actuate the release lever, then slide the seat forward as hard and fast as you can. Sometimes the inner front portion of the lower seat rubs on the console so that it won't easily move into full forward position manually. Get some "body" into it, and it should move far enough to get to the rear bolts. Once the seats are out, turn them over and you can see how the tracks are attached to the frame.
