Default What is this part?
Can anyone tell me what this part is. I am putting the interior back into my 73 convertible and came across this part and cannot remember what the hell it is and where it goes. It looks like it is too important to leave out.

It goes on the bottom of the steering column and is used to attach the lower column trim panel.
