Try to get tickets for the Charger-Raider game next Sunday. The Temecula Wine tour is cool too. I'm about 15 minutes South of Temecula if you'd like to drop by and see my body off/LS6 project curently taking place in the Million Star Garage.......gp

I live in the city adjacent to Temecula. You will be an hour from San Diego, probably 90 minutes from Los Angeles.
Ditto on the suggestions for the wineries and the Rod Run.Exit Rancho California from I-15 and go west one block to Old Town for the Rod Run Saturday. Go east a few miles on the same exit and you will be at the wineries.

I live in North Hills....the abbreviation is No Hills.....pretty flat....You might want to check out Bob's Big Boy in Burbank on friday night. One of the oldest and best cruise nights in the country. Been going on for years. Top notch cars. It is right down the street from NBC and Jay Leno is known to bring a car through now and then.
Also there is Flames Barbeque in Northridge (home of the earthquake of '94)...Plummer and Corbin....Pretty good cruise night there as well.....If you are around during the day, stop by Dick Guldstrand's shop in Burbank....Dick is always there is and loves to talk shop.....

On my way to Van Nuys, I stopped at Boyd Coddingtons place. Saw the guys working on a beautiful 59 or 60 Corvette. The place is much smaller than it looks from TV.
