Repair or Replace
I own a low mileage 1975 - L82 coupe. There are a few stress cracks in the paint around the taillights, but my biggest concern is a 1 1/2" long crack/split in the urethane rear bumper near the top left corner. As a "survivor", I am wondering whether to have it repaired or to replace the bumper. How would replacing the bumper affect the "survivor" status and value of the car?

Only one crack in a 75 Mine been garaged its whole life Im the third owner .Mine had cracks that just got worse. I put on two front & Back Toledo pro fiber-glass fit great look great .The ones you have are they like the old Big wheel or are they fiber glass. the glass you could fix the old urathane ones are pretty much un-fixable.Only because you will have fiberglass all over that because it will continue to crack.
