Well looks like I'm getting ready to tear the interior apart, luckily it's in fairly good condition. So all i need to replace is the seats, carpet, door panels and armrest. My question is what would the best place to get these from? I know that Willcox seems to be the cheapest by far, but im not sure on quality.
Thanks for your opinions.

Reason: tittle change
I have redone my interior all the way down to the firewall (twice on some of it). The first company I will recommend is Al Knoch. Their seat covers are the best....period. They also make nice carpet sets (and reasonably priced). I have not tried their other products, but I can vouch for the seat covers and carpet. Very good customer service too. I screwed up trimming my carpet and they were willing to sell me just the piece I needed and didn't make me buy a partial set. If you are doing a complete interior redo, I assume you are also redoing the vacuum and wiring. For vacuum hose needs, Dr. Rebuild is the place to go. For electrical, M&H Fabricators or Lectric Limited are both great. As for trim parts, that has been hit and miss for me. Corvette America has been very hit or miss, and the other warehouses I have bought from aren't much better. It's a fit thing. Sometimes the replacement pieces fit great, other times they don't fit at all. Every time, the OEM parts fit better. Good luck with that. If you are looking into an aftermarket stereo head unit, Vette Specialties makes a very nice center console bezel conversion (under V.S. exclusives on their site).
Good luck with the interior. I have found it to be the most frustrating part of the car to work on.....and also the most rewarding when finished.
Just finished my '77 in all custom leather interior from Knoch in Texas. They did a fantastic job and also supplied the foam and put the clips in place for me to install. I'm in Ontario, Canada and their price along with duties, taxes, delivery was far less than others (Ecklers, Wilcox, Corvette America) and they were the only one who would do the custom work. The delivery was right on within one day as promised...that's what I call service. In Canada the price to do the same was almost 2 times the value!! and twice as long!! I did it in two tone, blue edges/buckskin centre panels (original colors of the '77 era). Looks great Strongly recommend you talk to them.
Good luck
Domer.

I am trying to find somebody who can get stuff to me here in Ontario without me being charged and arm and a leg for delivery, duty,customs....etc..
Maybe Knoch is the one I should try. How did they ship it to you?
Well I started the tear down tonight. So far i got the cent brake console out, seats, and front carpet out. Still looking around on carpet and seats and panels. Also I'm curious on everyones opinion on the refecltix from home depot, I looked at a few threads and no one really said weather it was worth it or not.
Heres some pictures of whats gutted so far.
Before
After
Alright, well it looks like I'm going to get the majority of my stuff from Willcox. Just seems to be the easiest and cheapest. But I still need new seat belts (the belt it self needs to be replaced, looks like bubba thought it would be ok to use them for rags....) and also the steering wheel cover needs to be replace, I don't really want to spend 200 dollars when all i need is the cover. So if any one has any ideas where to get the belts and steering wheel cover i would appreciate it.

did you want your original steering wheel? i know that from some of the vendors, it's like $8 cheaper to buy a reproduction steering wheel than to repair the original. you can always keep the original though. the repo wheel is identical to the original.
Well the steering wheel itself is in good condition, its just the leather cover that is worn and torn. So I figured if any one sold just the leather wrap, I could just re-wrap it. Rather than spending 200 dollars to replace the whole thing.

i think a new repo steering wheel is like $120ish if i remember correctly...

I always liked the quality that I got from Al Knoch but I'm not sure if that is the case anymore. I've installed many of their seat covers and convertible tops and always had perfect results with them until around 2005. I don't know what changed but I had a top for an 87 convertible that was cut 1/2 inch short on one side. Don't tell me it needed stretched, this was a cloth top and they stretch very little. This thing was cut 1/2 inch too short. They sent me another top and it worked fine. I don't hold that against them, mistakes can happen, but now I tried to install one of their tops yesterday dated on the box June 2005 and the pads were wrong. Holding the pad at the front tack strip Where it is supposed to start, the marked lines inside the pad where you staple to the bows were off by an inch and a half. They seem to have had a quality control problem in 2005 and apparently there are some of these products still being sold. I hope they got the problem solved because they have always been a good company but I have to say I would be afraid to buy their products again.
