2 Things come to mind:
Will it fit what the fiberglass is that's on the front of your car? I've seen some new bumpers mounted with some odd gaps.
I had my original bumper re-chromed for $225.00 and it was a beautiful job.
Regards,
Alan

I don't have the option to have my bumper rechromed....long story.

I need to replace the bumper along with the front clip. If I can save a $100 on a decent bumper, I'm all for it.

I'm a little confused about this ad. Why would a brand new, triple chromed bumper be only "driver quality"? Seems it should be show quality, at least until it rains or something.. heheh

I got the "gm" one from Zip. It was acceptable. Certainly not great. Like some of the body guys say, Corvette bodywork begins with fitting the CAR to the bumpers. If you aren't looking for perfection, I'd say go ahead and buy it. If you don't like it then maybe you could sell it. I can't imagine that there are more than a couple factories that are producing these things. Is there one in China? They don't mention a core charge either. I had to send my old one back so that could save you some money if you go this route. Rick

Not to hijack your thread or anything but does anyone know if the windshield corner moldings he is selling will work on a vert. Are the t-top and vert moldings the same? I need both sides.

Just checked my 70 AIM & zip catalog and it appears to be the same part. Others may know better.
