Looked like the rear panel hit the ground. Pretty scary ride in a vert.

What did he throw out of the car at the end of the run, his soiled sheets?

I suspect that the guy is running weights in the rear to do those wheelies. The tires are wide but not wide enough to get enough traction to do wheelies on a non-treated surface. This was not on a VHT prepped track. I think that the car was specifically setup to do wheelies, but I might be wrong.. Sounds very strong though..

I've got to agree that the car is weighted with carrying the front end in mind, but it still makes for entertaining video.
It would make for a pretty good prank to get somebody into it that is unaware of the weight out back -
45ACP - "It's a real race car, so don't be shy: hammer that thing as hard as possible"
Guy Trying Out Car - "No problem"
-makes run, carries fronts for half the track, dumps in pants, screams lungs out-
Guy Trying Out Car - "Where's 45ACP? I am going to kill him".
Some Guy - "In anticipation of this, he went home right after you left the pits."

chills up my spine
Cool video of the vette !!!!!
You know how it is, once you start wathcing a few of these they start to become addicting and you just keep watching.
But this one sent chills right up my spine. I've never seen a car on a dyno do this.
