I had mine much lower than it is now at one time and it was a pain in the **** IMHO, this is as low as go now and even then it is pushing it

78Vette-SA I started a search your car is TOTALLY on a different level than what I had in mind. The plates are a total understatement. But if you have any knowledge of getting a wheel/tire combo like that on a C3 I would greatly appreciate it. THANKS

i cut 1 coil off my fronts and have longer bolts and air shocks in the rear...

cut front coils and 10" bolts in the rear......i'll be buying coilovers in the front when I get to the suspension....

Here up north I dont dare to lower anything. Install headers and sidepipes for one more inch of clearance. Frost heaves raise hell.

Search for 82MDVette and the incredible job he did on his 82. He used
Z06 wheels with a stock chassis and explains how he does it.

Will do thanks for the lead. Just so you know that car of yours still makes me happy in the pants. lol Oh and it is my wallpaper now I'm using it to inspire the wife to want one of these even more. Although it might end up being mine instead of hers.

no, there simply are no headlights in it. The 2 horse shoes were still in there but no lids and such. Going custom with the headlights, no sense in installing the stock stuff now.
