Bought these at Harbor Freight Tools for 12.99 each. They are trailer lights. They fit perfect in the holes and have black rubber bezel around them. I did have to cut out the inner hole because the back of the unit was square where the old light housing was a different shape. Then I spliced into the harness to make both outer lights work for tail lights, brakes, and blinkers.

You'll need a different flasher. Any parts store should have a two-prong heavy-duty electronic flasher that will be a direct replacement for the mechanical original.

Will you take some pictures in the evening or at nite??
That looks pretty sweet TPI! That's pretty much what I'm going to do, just with more LEDs and keep the reverse lights. I like those though, nice looking.

I will post some pictures of what they look like in the dark.
I believe the lights from harbor freight were for 4" holes...you can try to measure the hole in your bumper. The rubber grommet provides a little flexibility for non-exact fitment. Most cities have a HF or other store that sells these. Go buy one and see if it fits in the hole. If not, take it back.
I did not change out the flasher or anything else and it works fine.
The led lights come on faster, are brighter, and are supposed to last longer. An incandescent bulb has to wait for the element to heat up to the point that it glows. There is a noticable difference in the "come on" time.
I went one step further with the trailer lights. I mounted them in the steel cup and then welded on nuts to the steel cup so that i could reattach the stock taillight lens. I'll have to dig up the pictures of the lights on in the dark.....their at home somewhere.
unfortunately, I had to pay full price for them as Harbor Frieght wasn't selling the led trailer kits at the time.

You are my hero!
I'm stopping at Harbor Freight on my way home.
LEDs are so much better than filament bulbs for this application. Much faster cycle time, longer life, better visibility, vibration resistant, etc.
With LED's, you have to look at the angle at which they throw the light.
Look at the specs before you buy, a lot of the bright ones have narrow angles and will look like little spots. Look at the specs for voltage, LED's don't like over voltage and burn out really fast, if you subject them to voltages outside their specs.
My .02
Same pictures, but at night. These were semi-tight in the hole, but I put some contact cement on the back to hold them in. They have been in about a year and a half. I know it sounds pretty redneck, but it worked...maybe someone else can think of a better way to mount them?
