I had a procharger (the P600B which is smaller then the one you're lovably holding in your arms ) in my L48 engine...never got the proper feeling with this hardware...anyway check your engine low end before putting this guy on top of it, i had to through away my L48 after a year of use (you need forged internals to keep the engine healthy)...

Don't be embarrassed, I wouldn't have been able to tell from the picture if I didn't know anything about the co. name Procharger. Turbos and centrifugal superchargers looks identical from the front.

No, just gonna hang it on the wall. I'll probably throw away the rest of the kit.

You may want to polish it first

Not at first, but yes, in the near future. Need more money first. I've been thinking about where to put the intercooler. I could put a long skinny one where the headlight vacuum tank use to be. If I mount it in front of the radiator I'll have to junk the hood hinges and use hood pins.

Has anyone tried mounting coolers in the fender behind the w/w using a small fan to exaust hot air through the vent. I have alway wonder if this would work well. Anyone seen this. May be a great spot for the intercooler.

Won't the C3's get light in the front if you impeed the air flow through the side vents? Plus that the air going through the vents is hot anyways.

No, you actually gain more hp with a Procharger on a carb setup.
