Does anyone recognize this car?
This black C3 has been parked in my garage for over a month now. My dogs have enjoyed sleeping in it which is pretty cool. 
The cats have put a couple of MINOR scratches on the hood when the dogs were chasing them in the garage, but they are hardly noticeable at all.
Does anyone know who the owner is?
I'm thinking about filing for a lien on the car for unpaid storage fees. Does anyone know the process for this?
Any help is appreciated.

Hey that black one sure looks familiar. I just came in from my garage and my car is missing. Could you check the drivers side front fender and see if it has a scratch just near the front marker light. If it does that black car has to be mine. It has been missing for about a month now.

I know the guy ,he's a great friend and helped me out a ton building my car. It is now time to return the favor. We are going to install a warmed over LS-6 based gen III. I cant wait to start on this project...it should be a strong performer when we are done.
