Default restoration package

Just called gm and ordered a FREE restoration package for my 71 coupe. It has all of the factory specs and specs for my car plus more than I can list. Here is the number 800-222-1020 for the US. boys north of us in Canda use 800-263-3777 they charge in Canada but the US is Free. Make sure you have your vin number they will ask for it.
have a good Holiday.

It's all the stuff your car originally came with. Kinda like a tank sticker only more info. I ordered mine yesterday. The GM rep. I spoke to couldn't have been nicer. Like someone already said, 3-4 weeks delivery.

I hope this is as cool as the window sticker I ordered a couple of years ago.

That was my experience as well - very straightforward process and seemed to be someone that actually cared about their job

I've had this package for some time. It has lots of good information, both mechanical specs and chassis & body specifications also. Very good and interesting information about the cars specifics dimensions. Most of you will like it.

Dave, do you still have the number you called for the window sticker? I asked the customer service rep about it after
i ordered my restoration kit and she said I needed to call AAA Enterprises @ 812-233-9024 but that number has a recording saying it has been disconnected.

Sorry, I don't have the # right now. It was thru GM, as I recall. They are now charging about $50. for the same thing thru the Vette Museum. If I come across the # that I called I'll post it.

GM quit doing that for free a while back - they transferred the files to someone who's doing it for about $50.
