Logo help...

Does anyone have the 82 crossed flag logo in eps or ai or even vector format? Even clipart would be ok. A jpg is too fuzzy for a vinyl plotter to cut out neatly.

I found C5 and C4 logos, but other logos are still missing. Anyone?
