I don't know if you would ever find a NOS frame for a C3. If you did the price would be higher than a repro frame - north of $4,000. Used frames vary by year. Chrome bumper frames in good condition usually are at least $1,500 and rubber bumper frames sell from $500 on up.
NOS You would have better luck in the lottery. They do reproduce new frames. I think they are around $4000.00. The price will be reflected by the condition of a used frame. There were a few changes through the years. The biggest change was when they went reom chrome bumpers to ureathane bumpers. The frame is also diffrent auto trans vs. manual. You might want to check ebay Thats where I got mine it was and a loaded roller frame. It was local so I did the inspection first.
I have a NOS 1980 - 1982 GM frame with the GM Part numbers still painted on. I'll stop off and pickup a lotto ticket on the way home! I want to sell it but I'm not sure how much I should ask. The frame was never bolted to a car. You can clearly see that it was never used. I bought it off a guy that owned a body shop. He had 20+ frames in a storage shed behind the shop that were for jobs that never got complete for whatever reason. All the frames he had were new GM (now considered NOS) frames from the 60s and 70s...

No idea how to price such a thing, maybe call some restoration shops (in particular ones that also work with insurance companies if a vette is wrecked) and see what they would give you for it?
I have a NOS 69 frame. I bought it from GM in 1979. I think I paid $350 for it. I should have bought several more.
The frame is a testament to a feature often found in NOS parts. It was probably diverted from the production frames and shunted off to GM's parts inventory since it has a small defect. The side of the frame where the rear bumper brace attaches to has a "wrinkle" and thereby will not allow the brace to be bolted up correctly. Probably cherrying up the metal with a torch and hammering the wrinkle out will solve the problem. (I plan to use the frame in my 1970).
Considering that a repop is $4000 and a used up around $1500
Fact being that yor NOS is extreemly rare You should be able to get as much over the $4K that one would be willing to pay for an NOS. Put it on eBay with a starting bid of 4K and see what it does.

A reproduction frame is $4000.00!!! I just put it on ebay. We'll see what happens.
Because of forum rules I can't post the link to the ebay auction. Just search for corvette frame and you will find it.
I asked my friend who is in the Corvette business. He says $1000-$1500 tops. He says Bairs bought a truckload of them and has not moved many. They are just not in demand like the chrome bumper and midyear frames are. Good luck with your auction.
