Dash Electrical Question
In the process of putting my dash back into my 70.
Today I put back the driver's side dash and hooked up the tach, speedo, all bulbs, headlight switch, and the 2 ground wires to tach and speedo.
I hooked up the battery to try things out....the headlights go on but none of the instrument lights work, and neither does the turn signal....doesn't flash or light up.
Is this just because I haven't completed everything....such as screw the dash in, the console, etc., or is it something I need to look at before proceeding any further.
Before taking it apart everything worked. All I have done is dye it, put all new bulbs in, and hook it back up.
I am I in trouble, or is it okay?
