Default Something different

I am looking for a different look for my 1979, something custom. I saw this on ebay and I was wondering if anyone on the Forum had ever done anything like this. If so, what is involved and what might it cost?

How do you find out if it is legal in your state?

your local police department should be able to tell you what the min height should be.
