79 power antenna only?

Default 79 power antenna only?
The antenna was missing when I got my car, but from what I see I can only buy a power antenna? Did they all come this way in 79?

I don't know the answer for sure since my 79 has a power antenna.

79's had either a fixed mast antenna or a power antenna...page 172 of Corvette 1968-1982 Restoration Guide
