Electric Headlight Actuators?!?!?

Electric Headlight Actuators?!?!?
Does someone make a kit to replace the vacuum actuators with electric ones? I'm getting pretty fed up with my headlight vacuum issues and think it would be fun, and more hassle free to install electrical actuators in the headlight assemblies. Any advice and direction would be appreciated!

Definitely, it uses third generation Firebird electric motors, and apparently bolts in with minimal alterations to car.
You'll probably have to search it out, though (Google, etc.). I think I remember a how-to paper for anyone to do, as well as a guy offering kits and instructions.
