Sure it'll fit. You'll most likely need to change things like radiator, front springs, and you'll need big block correct engine mounts and accessories. Also, depending on the year, you may need a big block hood or an after market hood with more clearance.

Do a search, there are many many posts on this. Yes, it will fit. Pulleys, accessory brackets, and exhaust manifolds are the most pricey items. Hood clearance can be an issue with most intakes.
