1982 with Ralleys?????
The brochure said Ralleys were base wheels. I like ralleys better than the Aluminum wheels and wanted something more stock back on her.
Does anyone know how many of few 82's came with ralleys?
Picking up my BF Goodrich Radial T/A's today!
May have the new Americans and goodyears up for sale.
The car was a repo and it appears the guy must have died right after he put them on...

Yes, the Ralleys were the base model wheel for the 1982's. Of the 25,407 1982's built, 6,759 were Collector Editions, so they got the special CE wheels, and 16,844 opted for the slotted aluminum alloy wheels, so that means that only 1,804 1982's rolled out of Bowling Green on ralley wheels. Hope that answers your questions.

Polished Aluminum wheels (that didn't leak), were still fairly new at that time, so GM was pushing them.
GM actually developed that rim back in the late '60's, but they leaked so bad they sh**-canned it until the late 70's, when they came up with the technology to make them stop leaking!
It looks like the 9% is about right.
