spoiler help!

bought a pace car rear spoiler for my 79, how do i know the exact placement spot for installation?

Do you have an assembly manual(AIM)? Page 225. I'll post the diagram if you don't.

Well, in the 1978 AIM it's on pages 527-528. Really not much info, tho. Bolt up the center section in the existing holes and line up and drill holes for the end pieces. No dimensions given.

i do not have a manual, and this is the rear deck spoiler.

although the car has never been painted when i look up between the rear bumper and spare in front of the seam there are 4 holes or circles where it looks like should be holes that run from drivers side to passenger

Hope this helps. Assume the 5,15,24 are inches from center at the gas filler. Don't know about the 106.74 or 17.50, tho. This is for the FACTORY spoiler, don't know if it's the same for the aftermarket ones.

I'm thinking of adding spoilers to my 79 also. I've seen a number of spoilers in Eklers catalog. Did you go with the 3 piece or 1 piece on the front?
