1978-79 picture thread

I would like to see pictures of everyones 78/79 corvette. I'm partial to these years. I just want to see what you guys have done with yours. Maybe it will give me & my dad some ideas.

79 L-82 4 spd

Notice on the interior of mine a few subtle incorrect details that were there when I bought the car. The steering wheel has black spokes instead of the correct satiin ones and the parking brake console is black where it should be red. I like both details better than the General intended, so I won't change them. Also, once the seats wear out I will replace them with the correct red leather instead of the existing velour.

Thank you. Close up, it really needs paint BAD!!! Looks better in the pics... Just put a new interior and stereo system in. Mechanically it is perfect. 85k original miles, factory AC works. Runs and drives great...
