Default Should I sell?

I have replaced everything on the interior of my '81. My question is, should I sell the items I removed or keep them if I ever sell the car.

Keep in mind that these "old" items are in great shape with no rips or tears.

Both seats on the foam
Both door panels
Set of ralley wheels
Both Arm rests
And some other small items

I think I should definately keep the original radio though

keep the radio sell everything else. it will just take up room in the garage & never be worth that much. As I replaced t-tops and seats I sold the old ones to recoupe some money for the next upgrade.

What he said. And DON'T sell the radio. [In fact, I'd have it refurbed to enhance its capabilities, add a nice amp, change the speakers (but not modify the car panels), and stick it back in. But that's just me.]

I think I would sell most of those parts.
Unless you plan on replacing all them before you sell the car, and then you will have to sell the parts that are on the car now. I dont know if
you will gain that much more by doing this.

I'm assuming that everything was replaced to original standards (ie no custom work or mix and match of multiple year parts that aren't correct for your car). If that's the case, sell everything but the radio and wheels.

If you did "customize" your interior, I'd keep most of the original parts. But that's just me.

For instance... I've got aftermarket headers, carb, intake, distributor etc on my '68 but I'll hold on to the originals in case I ever decide to sell it or even restore it to original specs.

Lmao ... whats the big deal about the radio ? I'd sell it too if someone wanted it , its just that much more recouped . If someone later on (if you sell it) wants the car back original , they can spend money like the rest of us ! Keeping things only adds collected items that will eventually be in the way .

I'd save it all....just might prove very valuable when it's time to sell.

Id sell it all. Ive dumped my original A arms, half shafts, ac compressor, engine, trans, door panels (by mistake), seats, steering box and all linkages and a bunch of other stuff I cant think of right now. I couldn't sell any of it because there is only one other C3 on the island and shipping to the US would be to expensive so I tossed it all in the trash
