Ok the moneys in the bank for a 2004R Tranny Thanks Uncle Sam.My question Should I send All the way to Calif. or find someone near Ohio Where I live .Jegs is right here in Columbus where I live .

Second when I would really get into it on take off my tach would go up and it felt like my drive shaft was hitting the floor boards (it wasnt )who else has had A Tranny Start To Slip on them. the car sat for 13 yrs and only drove 3k miles so some seals must have gone bad .Does this sound like a slipping tranny.
Thanks all ,the weather is getting better ,time for the Vett work and Racing (Nascar ,Drags &Mid-Ohio )

I bought my 2004R from Bowtie in California. It came in a heavy duty wooden crate , and was in perfect shape. Haven't fired up the new motor yet, so I can't say how it works.
