Ok the moneys in the bank for a 2004R Tranny Thanks Uncle Sam.My question Should I send All the way to Calif. or find someone near Ohio Where I live .Jegs is right here in Columbus where I live .
Second when I would really get into it on take off my tach would go up and it felt like my drive shaft was hitting the floor boards (it wasnt )who else has had A Tranny Start To Slip on them. the car sat for 13 yrs and only drove 3k miles so some seals must have gone bad .Does this sound like a slipping tranny.
Thanks all ,the weather is getting better ,time for the Vett work and Racing (Nascar ,Drags &Mid-Ohio )
My choice was to build it myself, rounded up most of the parts from ebay vendors, got a book and a video and bugged the hell out of a couple members. Never did any auto tranny work. Put it all together and no left over parts!
The video was the chit.
