I just hang my stuff from the rack that came in the oven. I put the rack right up high to hang stuff from, or put it down low if I've got something on a tray.
As far as hangers go, I'm only doing stuff for myself so I couldn't see the sense in paying for a packet of "powder coating hooks" (shaped wire) when 20 seconds with a pair of pliers and a coat hanger will do the same job
I run the hooks through a bolt hole, or if there isn't a handy bolt hole, jam the part full of aluminium foil then attach the hook into that. That's also a good place to attach the earth clip (the hook)...
