67 = two door convertible
possibly, probably a converted coupe to rag top, its been done many times before. there are other possibilites more nefarious
Q. did you actually see the vin tag? does it match the engine?

Here is a "68" on ebay that is in the same way interesting. It has a coupe vin, and the only thing besides th4 vin that is 68 are the doors, although they are not from car 19933 because they are forward mirror doors, and thus mean an early car. The body has no trim tag so impossible to chase the body identity any further.
