got that big hood primed and reprimed the rest as well ....

Will be a bit yet hopefully end of April beginning of May it will see some color. I have lost count of how many times it has been sanded now but the bro in law is a perfictionist.....

Yes the bro in law paints cars for a living. All the priming is being done in the garage but will go to a booth for paint.

Used BASF/Glasurit brand paint as for the code not postive but asked for the same code as my 06 vette so they match lol

Love the hood. Just had my nephew paint my '73 black but no where near that perfect, that is a great job. Boy am i jealous.

Thanks guys I did not think the sanding would ever stop, here is a couple older pics of the motor, as the car is up in the air for the next couple weeks till the paint gets a little harder...

That paint job looks awesome, your brother-in-law is doing an amazing job. Your car is gonna look sick once it's finished and back together. The hood is pretty wild, I like it!

Ya was trying not to think about it right at the moment though lol
Going to wait a couple weeks then wet sand and buff and wax then start putting it back together.I figure another year before it is complete seeing as the wife wont let me quit my job to just work on the car sigh....
