Removed the front bumper from my 75 in order to repair cracks in the fiberglass near the joints on both lower quarter panels. (cracked due to having a senior moment and momentary attack of stupidity using steel drive up ramps).
While the bumper is off I would like to do something to eliminate the wrinkles where each mounting threaded stud is located. When I restored this car 10 years ago I did a lot of fiberglass repair removing everything that would come off, bumpers, mirrors, headlights and doors, and so on. Apparently when I reinstalled the front bumper I over tightened the nuts on the threaded studs and in the process distorted the plastic where each stud is located. I'm hoping that it will correct itself somewhat if I put it out in the direct sunlight and it heats up a little, but it's winter here and we're a ways off from warm weather. Any ideas? I'm pretty sure I am missing something.

Yup. All of the strips are there. Passenger side corner is slightly bent from being smacked, but I straightened it as best I could mirror imaging the good one one the driver side. The most noticable areas are in the center and below the headlights and those strips are perfectly straight.
