Some states will be different than others, but you could start at your local DMV to see if they can track back the registration on the car and possible title holders which would lead back to the dealership. Has the car been in one state all its life?

If you're lucky enough to have your Corvette Order Copy (tank sticker) you'll see the Zone # and Dealer# that your car was delivered to. NCRS has an extensive list of Zone locations and Dealer names.
