Lars, you have helped me tremendously in tuning the carb and advice on keping the original distributor/carb on my 81. It runs great. Thank you.

Alright! With all these sentiments headed your way; it was bound to be good news...
Now you listen to those doctors and relax. Hardest part of the recoupe is waiting for the body to mend.

side note: After reading your papers and the email help I rebuilt and tuned my HEI..It has never ran so well! So many thanks. Take time to rebuild and tune yourself. We owe it to you!

First, let me thank all of you here on the CorvetteForum for the amazing outpouring of thoughts, offers for help, and well wishes. I am simply amazed at the level of support I have received from everyone here and the kind and thoughtful notes during this time.
The surgery appears to have been a success, and I have regained all feeling and use of my right arm. My neck and throat feels like it's been through a butcher shop, but the meds are giving me a good damper on the pain... Can't wait to be able to have my first Martini and a good beer again, though..
Thank you again to all of you here for the unbelievable outpouring of support - you guys just blow me away, and I truly appreciate every comment and note received.
