Default Ashtray Door
I'm purchasing a new shifter console and plan on reusing the existing ashtray door, however the door needs painting. What would be the best paint to use to match? Is it a satin finish or semi-gloss? Any suggestion welcome.

I use Krylon Semi-Flat.

I used Krylon semi-flat also and got a good paint match. Mine's an '81.

I think the semi-flat is the best match to interior black. Semi-gloss has a bit too much sheen.
