Mid Missouri Corvette Cup
Anybody have some info on this event besides what's on the flyer...DB gave me a heads up on this awhile back so I'm considering just driving out on saturday and coming back that night. Gotta work on friday and plans on sunday...anybody from STL/St Charles area leaving saturday morning?

hey Matt, A big contingent from the StL. C3 Sharks are heading up for the Cup. Check the Yahoo site for when groups will be leaving. I know one will be early Sat morning.

Yeah man, lets get a group. Bob, you coming out Friday night like last year? I hope a few of you do so we can meet out for drinks.
Sully1882 is driving up from AR Friday night, and staying here for the weekend. He'll have the C5, but it's still a cool Vette.
My Vette will be at the show Saturday, and probably Sam's as well. He's been making a heavy push to get it done so he can move it down to Springfield on Sunday after the show. Curt's '74 will be there as well to get the Best Of Show trophy from all you guys, and he and I are always on the lookout for other local C3s to get involved.
I would like to see as many forum friends and C3 owners as possible at this show. It's at the Quality Inn, which is smaller than the Holiday Inn, and space will be at a premium. Lets get all the good spots.
Any of the C3 guys here should call or email me if you're coming Friday night, so we can plan a Friday night meet and greet.

Well according the sharks yahoo site...It looks like I'll try to meet up with 7:30am group on saturday morning out at burger king. Gotta get my head unit hooked up so I can have something to listen to then I should be good to go. P.S. is there somewhere I can just park my car without "showing" it. I have no desire to try and pass it off as a show car lol. It's a 10 footer and nothing more.

Just park it with the Group. I have a 10 footer as well. At least it runs well. I bought some fancy chrome wheels, they don't notice how bad the paint is with the sun reflecting off the wheels. Sharks don't care, just bring beer money!!!
