I'm Trying To Align My Pass Side Window. It Has A Gap On The Back Top Were It Rests Against The Weatherstripping. Have Tried The Adjustments In The Door And Still Have About A 1/4-3/8 Gap. My windows are a little out of whack too, the back hits the top when up all the way so have to roll the windows down slightly to close the doors, or roll up from the inside once closed. I'll be watching for help too.
I've got a similar problem after replacing the weather strip on my T-Tops. The top back most part of the drivers side window has about a 1/8" gap on the T-Top weather strip. The passenger side fits like a glove. I cannot see any way to really remedy this.
