A simple search can help you out next time, but here you go:
First, open a free acount with Photobucket.com for posting pics. Once uploaded from your computer copy the bottom image id and paste in your thread window.

for example...and in addittion to the above info it looks like this.

You upload your picture on photobucket or imageshack etc....

Then there is a few codes by the picture usually for direct link, html, and URL

You want the URL for this forum. You just copy that code and past it into you post.

A sample post before being posted would look like this....

If you dont hit enter after your text and just past the code after your sentence the picture WILL show up way over to the right and make the page way to wide so always paste it under what you've written, NOT after it.
