I just rebuilt my '70 with parts from Zip.
Not sure what the 69 has for cables, the 70 is vacuum actuated. I out the rivets and replaced all of the seals, painted satin black and reinstalled. The only thing I couldn't find was the conv fittings for the drains in the rear boxes so I Bubba'd a set from 5/8" NPT to Barb nylon fittings and it hooked up fine.
