Default Sparkplug Selection

I need help figureing out what spark plug to run in my '68 Vette. It is a 327/350 HP bored .30 over with cam, roller rockers, head work, alloy pistons, balanced, headers, high rise intake, etc. It presently has ACDelco R45S plugs.
Can someone give me some guidlines as to picking a sparkplug? Also is it worth the money to go with platinum or iridium plugs.
Any help will be appreciated.

My 65 L79 350 horse has a .30 overbore. I run Bosch platinum #4236 in them gapped at .035. It runs great on them. They are a 5 heat range. I have run every plug in it over the years from Champion to AC Delco 45's. This is the best plug for this car in my opinion. Yours should be the same.

I haven't looked but is there a "peanut" size version as well? I want to replace my plugs also. Current ones are fine but don't know how long they've been in.
