I think we need some more information about your car and what you use it for. They all have there advantages and disadvantages. What is right for one persons needs may not be for another.
I am going Fiberglass front and rear so I can mold them in for no seams. Urethans sags and requires flex agent to keep the paint from cracking, which changes the color after some time in the sun.
I used fiber glass front and rear mainly so I wouldnt have that wavy look. I also molded them in so there wouldnt be any seams, and I really like the look. Its much cleaner in my opinion.

budget: dont really have one. dont know what a shop will charge to change bumpers
mods: headers, chrome valve covers, air breather, alt., master clyd cover, new int. (wrong color) was red/red now red/doeskin
skills: slim to none
time : never have enough

my car is a 79 L-48. i use it for club get togethers,car shows,cruise nights. i have a glass front bumper to change it over to the 80's style. now i need to get a rear 80-82 rear bumper. last thing would be is to get the stinger hood....
