Any body bought spares from Keenpats,I ordered spares via the net 6 day's ago ,I received an e mail stating that they will be in touch via phone,after 6 days no call.I send them two e mail but no reply.

I've never had a problem with Keen. They've always been helpful and resolved problems quickly and to my satisfaction. I wouldn't wait any longer ... I'd call them first thing Monday morning if I were you.
