Noisy radiator fan
When I bought my '75 years ago it had a flex fan on it bolted directly to the water pump flange; no fan clutch and noisy at RPM's. I bought an aftermarket clutch and that didn't help much. Bought a used stock 350 fan and that didn't help. Any suggestions to eliminate this "problem"?
Very annoying to hear the fan over the sound of the quadrajet when I get into it.

You say the aftermarket fan clutch didn't help much; the implication being it helped a little. The stock GM fan clutch is supposed to quiet the stock fan. They're pricey, but might be worth the cost.
